[door het Bestuur] Deze week begint de samenwerking echt tussen ClubCollect en ACC. Dat betekent dat een aantal zaken verandert op het gebied van de contributie-inning. Leden en donateurs ontvangen deze of volgende week een betaalverzoek voor de contributie of donatie voor het seizoen 2018. Via e-mail, sms en/of post. Hierin staat een link waarmee je op jouw persoonlijke betaalpagina komt. Op deze pagina moet je een betaalkeuze maken, een betaling via iDEAL of via automatische incasso. Voorafgaand aan de afschrijving krijg je een aankondiging zodat je altijd netjes op de hoogte bent en ervoor kunt zorgen dat er voldoende saldo op je rekening staat. Mocht een incasso-opdracht worden gestorneerd, dan brengt ClubCollect €3,50 in rekening.
De betaling dient tijdig te gebeuren en voor spelende leden geld dat er niet aan (competitie) wedstrijden deel kan worden genomen als de contributie niet is betaald.
Wij zijn erg blij met deze stap. Het innings-proces wordt, voor zowel de vereniging als de leden, een stuk eenvoudiger en overzichtelijker. Voor meer informatie kunnen jullie terecht op de website van ClubCollect. Als jullie hier vragen over hebben, kunnen jullie de penningmeester altijd even benaderen. Ook als er tijdens het werken met ClubCollect vragen zijn, staat zowel de vereniging als ClubCollect hier vanzelfsprekend altijd voor open.
Indien je wil betalen in termijnen dan dien je een verzoek bij de penningmeester in te dienen, via administratie@acc-cricket.nl.

This week the cooperation starts between ClubCollect and ACC. This means that a number of things are changing with regards to the collection of the annual membership fees and donations. Members and donors will receive a payment request this or next week for the annual membership fee or donation for the 2018 season. Via e-mail, SMS and / or mail.
