KNCB Talent-selectiedag 2020
Heb jij de ambitie om in de nationale jeugdteams te spelen, en wil jij kans maken om opgenomen te worden in de Lions and Lionesses selectie deze winter? Schrijf je snel in!
Op de velden van ACC (Amsterdamsche Cricket Club) vindt op zondag 27 september de zesde editie van de Talent-selectiedag van de KNCB plaats.
In de afgelopen jaren kwamen meer dan 100 jongens en meisjes op de selectiedag af om gezien te worden door de coaches van de Dutch Lions en Lionesses. Tijdens de selectiedag worden spelers getest op een aantal fysieke en technische punten. De deelnemers ontvangen binnen een week de beoordelingen en feedback van de coaches.
Dutch Lions
De spelers die afgelopen winter en/of deze zomer niet in de Dutch Lions (U12, U14 en U16 leeftijdscategorieën) hebben gespeeld, moeten naar de Talent-selectiedag komen alvorens in aanmerking te kunnen komen voor de DL trials, aldus de KNCB.
Selectieprogramma jongens:
U12 (geboren na 1 september 2008) 10:00 – 12:00 uur
U14 (geboren na 1 september 2006) 13:00 – 15:00 uur
U16 (geboren na 1 september 2004) 13:00 – 15:00 uur
Voor de Dutch Lions trials die in oktober (zaterdag 17 en 24 okt) plaatsvinden, worden de spelers persoonlijk door de KNCB uitgenodigd. Het gaat dan om de huidige DL-spelers aangevuld met degenen die zich tijdens de Talent-selectiedag in de kijker hebben gespeeld. Daarna maakt de KNCB de selectie voor het Dutch Lions winterprogramma 2020/2021 bekend.
Dutch Lionesses
De spelers die afgelopen winter en/of deze zomer niet in de Dutch Lionesses (U13, U15 en U17 leeftijdscategorieën) hebben gespeeld, moeten naar de Talent-selectiedag komen. Voor de meisjes vindt op 27 september meteen de selectie plaats voor het Dutch Lionesses winterprogramma 2020/2021.

KNCB Talent selection day 2020
Do you have the ambition to play in the national youth teams, and do you want to have a chance to be included in the Lions and Lionesses selection this winter? Register quickly!
The sixth edition of the KNCB Talent Selection Day will take place on the fields of ACC (Amsterdamsche Cricket Club) on Sunday 27 September. In recent years, more than 100 boys and girls came to the selection day to be seen by the coaches of the Dutch Lions and Lionesses. During the selection day, players are tested on a number of physical and technical points. The participants will receive the assessments and feedback from the coaches within a week.
Dutch Lions
The players who did not play in the Dutch Lions (U12, U14 and U16 age categories) last winter and / or this summer must come to the Talent selection day before being eligible for the DL trials, according to the KNCB.
Selection program boys:
U12 (born after September 1, 2008) 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
U14 (born after September 1, 2006) 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
U16 (born after September 1, 2004) 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
For the Dutch Lions trials that will take place in October (Saturday 17 and 24 Oct), the players will be personally invited by the KNCB. This concerns the current DL players supplemented by those who have played themselves in the spotlight during the Talent selection day. The KNCB will then announce the selection for the Dutch Lions winter program 2020/2021.
Dutch Lionesses
The players who did not play in the Dutch Lionesses (U13, U15 and U17 age categories) last winter and / or this summer, must come to the Talent selection day. The girls will immediately be selected for the Dutch Lionesses winter program 2020/2021 on 27 September.
